There are imaging and document management features in the system. The system can record information on any person or item involved with of relating to a case and identify and report on any missing item that may be relevant. Store all documents relating to a client, any individual or case; and retrieve documents on demand. Documents are organized and filed electronically with defined individual authorization to gain access to files. All of your information and documents relating to injuries can be organized as desired for easy access and retrieval. The software keeps track of who checks in or out of any and all documents and the date/time and how long a user has been using a document which will support the management role and employee productivity.
